This beachfront house located few meters from the sea shore, sits on the ground in an L shape creating a central courtyard and giving privacy to the house.

One of the wings is a large double-height space intended for the day area. The other wing of the house is the night area, where the bedrooms are located. All the rooms are arranged in such a way that cross ventilation is generated to create comfortable environments.
